A titanium implant placed in the jaw to support a custom crown, replacing a single missing tooth. Start with a complimentary consultation to find out whether an implant is a suitable option for your situation.

What the package covers:
A few details is all we need. We’ll confirm a time that suits you.
See our Privacy Policy.
The $4,000 figure is a guide price for a straightforward single-tooth case. Sending an enquiry doesn’t create a treatment plan — what’s suitable for you is assessed at your appointment by an AHPRA-registered practitioner. Conditions apply.
Implant treatment is not a single appointment. Knowing the sequence up front makes the timeline and the fees easier to follow.
A broad look at whether an implant may suit you, and what the alternatives are.
Imaging where clinically required to assess bone volume, then a written plan and quote.
The implant is placed under local anaesthetic. A temporary tooth may be used where appropriate.
The bone needs time to integrate with the implant — commonly around three months, but this varies.
Scans or impressions are taken and your custom crown is made and fitted.
Dental implants are not suitable for everyone. Suitability depends on:
As with any surgical procedure, implant treatment carries potential risks. These may include infection, delayed healing, implant failure, nerve injury, sinus complications for upper jaw implants, swelling, bleeding, or the need for additional procedures such as bone grafting.
Implants are intended as a long-term replacement but outcomes vary between individuals and long-term success cannot be assured. An implant cannot decay, but the gum and bone around it can become inflamed, so regular reviews and thorough cleaning matter.

Implant placement is surgery. Tell us if you are anxious when you book, agree a stop signal with your dentist, and take breaks whenever you need them.
Placement, healing and fitting are separate appointments over several months. You are not asked to commit to the next stage until the last one has settled.
A bridge, a denture, or leaving the space are all discussed with their fees. Choosing not to proceed after the consultation costs you nothing.

Your consultation costs nothing, and the $4,000 figure gives you a starting point rather than a final number. What you actually pay gets broken down stage by stage in your written quote once the assessment's done, so you know exactly what each part covers.
Health fund rebates are trickier, as every policy is different. That means it's something we cannot work out over the phone or online in advance. Bring your card in, and we'll check your benefit at reception before anything's locked in. If you'd rather spread the cost, third-party payment plans are available too, subject to their own eligibility and terms.
Payment plans are provided by third parties; eligibility and provider terms apply. Conditions apply.
The implant, the abutment and a custom-made crown for a straightforward single-tooth case. Extractions, bone grafting, sinus procedures, CBCT imaging and sedation are separate, and so is any treatment needed to stabilise gum disease or decay first.
Conditions applyThat depends on your oral health, gum condition, available bone, medical history and lifestyle factors including smoking. Some risk factors can be improved before treatment — for example stabilising gum disease or rebuilding deficient bone — while for others a different replacement option makes more sense. A comprehensive assessment with imaging is needed before a definitive plan.
Implant treatment happens in stages. After placement, the bone needs time to integrate with the implant, which typically takes about 3 months, though it can be shorter or longer depending on the site, bone quality, grafting, and healing. Ask for a timeline that separates placement, healing, scans and fitting of the final crown.
The initial implant consultation is complimentary. It is a discussion of broad options rather than a full diagnostic appointment, so a comprehensive examination and the imaging needed for a definitive plan are quoted separately.
As with any surgical procedure there are risks, including infection, delayed healing, implant failure, nerve injury, sinus complications for upper implants, swelling and bleeding, and the possible need for additional procedures such as bone grafting. Your dentist will explain how these apply to your individual circumstances before treatment begins.
Your dentist will discuss the alternatives, which may include a dental bridge, a removable partial denture, a complete denture, or leaving the space as it is. The most appropriate option depends on your oral health, the neighbouring teeth, bone support and your goals.
Afterpay, Zip and Humm are available through third-party providers, and some patients may be eligible for early release of superannuation on compassionate grounds, which the ATO assesses. Approval and terms are set by the provider, not by us.
These conditions apply to the prices, offers, Price Beat and treatment warranty referred to on this page. If anything here is unclear, ask reception before your appointment.
The package price is a guide for a straightforward single-tooth case where no additional procedures are required. It covers the implant, the abutment and a custom-made crown.
Not included: extractions, bone grafting, sinus procedures, CBCT imaging, sedation, temporary restorations, and treatment of any gum disease or decay that needs to be stabilised first. Multiple implants, bridges and implant-retained dentures are quoted individually. Your itemised written quote follows your assessment.
The complimentary consultation is an initial discussion of broad options and suitability. It is not a full diagnostic appointment and does not include a comprehensive examination, radiographs, a CBCT scan or a definitive treatment plan.
A definitive plan requires a clinical examination and appropriate imaging, which are quoted separately.
Any weekly or fortnightly figure quoted is an indicative repayment amount through a third-party provider, not a price for treatment. The total payable, term, approval and any fees or interest are set by the provider and depend on the amount financed and your circumstances. Approval is not assured.
Applies to valid written treatment plans from other Sydney dental practices, presented to the clinic before any treatment commences. Price beats cannot be applied retrospectively to work already completed.
The competing plan must be current, itemised (with ADA item numbers where applicable), priced in AUD, show the practice name and contact details, and be prepared by a registered dental practitioner after an examination. It must be comparable — the same or clinically equivalent procedures, materials and scope. The clinic may require an in-person consultation to confirm clinical equivalence.
Not available for quotes that are incomplete, verbal, expired, bundled with unrelated services, or that include promotional add-ons unrelated to the proposed treatment. Not to be combined with other discounts, and not redeemable for cash. The price beat remains at the clinic’s discretion and may be declined where matching is not commercially viable or not clinically appropriate.
All treatment is subject to clinical assessment. Where a different treatment is recommended as safer or more suitable, the 10% Price Beat does not apply, because it applies only to comparable, clinically appropriate treatment plans.
A workmanship warranty is available on selected treatments, for the periods published by the practice:
Warranties are linked to the treatment performed at a Dentist Near Me clinic and apply only where you attend 6-monthly check-ups and cleans at Dentist Near Me Merrylands or Toongabbie and follow all care instructions. Cleans completed at other clinics void the warranty, as do missed maintenance visits, smoking (for implants) and failure to wear retainers (for aligners).
Cover is limited to material or workmanship issues. It does not cover new or progressive dental disease, trauma, accidental damage, or complications from not following post-treatment advice. Where a filling is later assessed as unsuitable and alternative treatment such as a crown is advised, the filling warranty does not apply. Warranties are non-transferable and apply to the original patient and treatment location. If a claim is made, the clinic determines the appropriate remedy after clinical assessment.
Afterpay, Zip and Humm are provided by third parties. Approval, eligibility, instalment amounts and fees are set by the provider, not by the practice. Early release of superannuation on compassionate grounds is assessed by the ATO, not by us.
All treatment is provided by AHPRA-registered practitioners following an individual clinical assessment. All dental treatment carries risks, which your dentist will discuss with you before treatment proceeds.
Advertised prices are current at the time of publication and may be changed or withdrawn. Individual results may vary. Some images are stock photos or models, not actual patients.
