Conditions apply · *$149 is a promotional price for a new patient’s first check-up and clean with a dentist, not our normal rate. The $149 appointment covers the comprehensive assessment, OPG X-ray, intraoral photographs, scale, clean, polish, fluoride where clinically appropriate and a personalised treatment plan; additional X-rays are not included; our normal fees apply to any further treatment and to later visits, quoted before proceeding. A separate $99 clean with an oral health therapist is available to existing patients only. For patients with eligible extras cover we charge our normal itemised fees, process the eligible rebate and discount the remaining eligible gap to $0; waiting periods and annual limits are set by your fund. Sending an enquiry doesn’t create a treatment plan — suitability is assessed at your appointment.
Please allow approximately 30–60 minutes. Appointment length is determined by the treating dentist and the patient’s clinical needs. If we find something that needs further treatment, we'll explain the options and give you the cost in writing before anything is booked.
An OPG X-ray is included in the $149 fee. Additional X-rays are not included and are only taken where clinically required — your dentist will discuss this with you first. Any further treatment is quoted before it goes ahead. All dental treatment carries risks; your dentist will discuss these with you.

Our Toongabbie dentists and oral health therapists are all registered with AHPRA, and you can ask to see the same clinician each visit rather than starting again with someone new. Several languages are spoken at the practice — ask reception when you book.
Digital radiography and an intraoral camera mean you see what your dentist sees on the screen beside you — findings are shown, not just described, and imaging is kept to what's clinically needed.
Nervous, out of the chair for years, or bringing three kids after school — tell reception when you book. We allow longer appointments where they're needed, and treatment only goes ahead once you've agreed to the plan and the fee.

Please allow approximately 30–60 minutes. Appointment length is determined by the treating dentist and the patient’s clinical needs. If you'd like to stop at any point, say so — the chair goes up and we talk it through.
A short form on medications and medical history, plus anything worrying you. Tell us here if you're nervous — it changes how we pace the rest.
Your dentist checks teeth, gums, bite and soft tissues, using the intraoral camera so you can see the same view on screen.
Plaque and calculus removed, a polish to finish, and fluoride where it's clinically appropriate for you.
What we found and what it means. If treatment is recommended you leave with a written quote, not a booking you didn't ask for.
We accept all major Australian health funds. Bring your fund card and we can process your rebate at reception — you only settle whatever's left, which for eligible extras cover can be nothing at all.
We can’t quote your rebate over the phone or online — every policy is different. Bring your fund card to your appointment and swipe it at reception, and we’ll check your available benefit on the spot before treatment starts.
If your check-up turns up something that needs treating, here's the range you'd be looking at. These are indicative guide prices — your itemised quote comes after an examination, and nothing proceeds until you've seen it. The $149 promotional price applies to patients not using private health insurance and is not our usual itemised check-up and clean fee.
Promotional rates are offered to patients without health insurance and represent a reduction from our standard fees; for patients with a health fund we charge our usual rates and discount the gap payment. All prices are indicative and may vary depending on individual clinical needs, and are subject to change without notice. They exclude any consultation or X-rays required beyond the OPG included in the new-patient offer. Additional treatment may be recommended where clinically necessary. A complete itemised treatment plan and quote is provided after your consultation. *Initial consultations and treatment plans for dental implants are provided at no charge. **A no-charge initial consultation estimates how many aligners your case may need; the final number is confirmed after digital scans and your personal treatment plan. Invisalign® is a registered trademark of its owner — we use the aligner system best suited to each patient's clinical needs, which may or may not be Invisalign®.
You leave your first visit with a personalised treatment plan and an itemised written quote. Nothing proceeds until you have seen it and agreed.
Options are explained with the fee for each, including doing nothing for now. You can take the plan home and rebook, and some treatment may be able to go ahead the same day where clinically appropriate and time permits.
Hold a comparable written treatment plan from another practice? Bring it in before treatment starts and we can beat it by 10% on eligible comparable treatment. Conditions apply
We offer a treatment workmanship warranty on selected treatments. What is covered, and for how long, is set out in your treatment plan. Conditions apply
Spread the cost of larger treatment with Afterpay, Zip or Humm. Eligibility and provider terms apply. Conditions apply
Anything else, phone the practice — reception can answer fee and health fund questions directly.
A comprehensive dental assessment, an OPG X-ray, intraoral photographs, a scale, clean and polish, fluoride where clinically appropriate, and a personalised treatment plan explaining what was found and what your options are.
Yes. You leave with a personalised treatment plan. If further treatment is recommended you also receive an itemised written quote, and nothing proceeds until you have seen it and agreed. You can take the plan home and rebook, and in some cases treatment can go ahead the same day where it is clinically appropriate and time permits.
Please allow approximately 30–60 minutes. Appointment length is determined by the treating dentist and the patient’s clinical needs. Tell reception when you book if you would like extra time — for example if it has been a while since your last visit, or if you feel anxious in the chair.
An OPG X-ray is included in the $149 fee. Additional X-rays such as bitewings, periapicals and other views are not included. If your dentist considers any of these clinically required, they will discuss it with you first, including the cost, before anything is taken.
The $149 price applies to patients who are not using private health insurance and is a reduction from our usual itemised fee for a check-up and clean. It is a promotional price for a new patient’s first visit, not our standard rate. Our normal fees apply to any further treatment and to later appointments, and are quoted before treatment goes ahead.
If you have eligible extras cover, we charge our normal itemised fees for the check-up and clean, process the rebate your fund allows, and discount the remaining eligible gap to $0 — regardless of how much your fund pays. Bring your fund card to the appointment. Waiting periods and annual limits are set by your fund, so it is worth giving us your details when you book so we can check what applies to you.
Then the $149 promotional price is the one that applies to you. There is no requirement to hold cover to book this offer, and the fee is the same whether or not you have insurance history with us.
Free parking is available behind the building, with entry via Reynolds Street. Free street parking is also available nearby. We are a short walk from the Fitzwilliam Road bus stops and about five minutes from Toongabbie station.
You can book online through this page, or call the practice on (02) 7905 0814 during opening hours. If you are booking because of pain, a broken tooth or swelling, tell reception what is happening rather than selecting a routine clean, so an appropriate appointment can be allowed.
Your dentist explains what they have found and sets out the options, including the fee for each and the option of doing nothing for now. You receive an itemised written quote before any treatment is booked or begun.
If you hold a comparable written treatment plan from another practice, bring it in before treatment starts and we can beat the eligible comparable treatment by 10%. The plan needs to be current, written and genuinely comparable in scope. Eligibility is confirmed by the clinic before treatment begins. A price comparison does not determine which treatment is clinically appropriate for you.
Conditions applyWe offer a treatment workmanship warranty on selected treatments. What is covered, and for how long, depends on the treatment and is set out in your treatment plan. It covers material or workmanship issues and generally requires you to attend regular check-ups and follow your dentist’s care instructions.
Conditions applyYes. Afterpay, Zip and Humm are available to help spread the cost of larger treatment. Eligibility and provider terms apply, and our team can talk you through which option suits before treatment is booked.
A $99 maintenance clean with an oral health therapist is available to existing patients of the practice. It is separate from the $149 new-patient offer on this page. Ask reception whether it suits your situation.
Conditions applyYes. We see children as well as adults, and eligible children may be able to have their check-up and clean covered under the Child Dental Benefits Schedule. Ask reception and we will check eligibility with Medicare for you.
Separate from the $149 new-patient offer above and available to existing patients of the practice. Ask reception whether it suits your situation. Conditions apply

Most patients come from within a ten-minute drive of Fitzwilliam Road:
Comprehensive assessment, OPG X-ray, intraoral photographs, clean, polish and fluoride, plus a personalised treatment plan — $149, or No Gap with eligible extras cover.
These conditions apply to the promotional prices, Price Beat and treatment warranty referred to on this page and in our advertising. If anything here is unclear, ask our reception team before your appointment. Last updated 10 September 2026.
The $149 new patient check-up and clean and the $99 maintenance clean with an oral health therapist are promotional prices. They are a reduction from our normal itemised fees and are offered to patients who are not claiming through a private health fund.
If you hold private health insurance, we do not charge the promotional price. We charge our normal itemised fees and your fund pays a percentage of those fees according to your level of cover.
We cannot tell you in advance what your fund will pay without running a quote through our system. We are happy to run that quote for you before your appointment — please arrive early, or contact reception ahead of the day, and we will check it with you.
Advertised prices are current at the time of publication and may be changed or withdrawn. Waiting periods, annual limits and item eligibility are set by your fund, not by us.
The $149 fee covers a comprehensive dental assessment, an OPG X-ray, intraoral photographs, a scale, clean and polish, fluoride where clinically appropriate, and a personalised treatment plan. The appointment is with a dentist and is available to new and existing patients.
Additional X-rays — including bitewings, periapicals and other views — are not included. They are only taken where clinically required, and your dentist will discuss this with you, including the cost, before anything is taken.
Any further treatment is not included and is quoted separately in writing before it proceeds. All dental treatment carries risks, which your dentist will discuss with you. Individual results vary.
Payment plans are provided by third parties. Approval, eligibility, fees and repayment terms are set by the provider, not by us, and are subject to their own terms and conditions. Our team can talk you through which option may suit before treatment is booked.
All treatment is provided by AHPRA-registered practitioners following an individual assessment. Sending an enquiry or booking an appointment does not create a treatment plan — what is suitable for you is assessed at your appointment.
*Individual results may vary. Some images are stock photos or models, not actual patients.
