Chipped, broken or knocked-out teeth from an incident at work, a jaw injury, or TMJ problems following a workplace injury. If your claim has been approved by your insurer, approved treatment is billed to them rather than to you.
Where your workers’ compensation claim is approved and the treatment is authorised by your insurer, we bill the insurer directly. Treatment outside your approved claim is quoted to you first. Conditions apply.
What we do for claim patients:
A few details is all we need. We’ll confirm a time that suits you.
See our Privacy Policy.
No out-of-pocket applies only to treatment approved under your claim. Sending an enquiry doesn’t create a treatment plan — what’s suitable for you is assessed at your appointment by an AHPRA-registered practitioner. Conditions apply.
Every claim is different, but the sequence is usually the same. We can start with an assessment while approval is still in progress.
Workplace injuries need to be reported to your employer so a claim can be opened.
Dental treatment eligibility often depends on the treating practitioner's case report.
Your claim goes to the workers' compensation insurer, who determines eligibility.
We provide clinical documentation and a treatment plan where the insurer needs it.
Approved treatment proceeds and is billed to the insurer.
Depending on your approved claim, workers’ compensation may cover:
A dental injury must be established as work-related before it can be claimed. Eligibility is determined by your insurer under the relevant NSW workers’ compensation requirements, not by the practice.

For approved treatment there is nothing for you to pay at the appointment. If something we recommend falls outside your approved claim, you will be told the fee in writing and can decide separately.
We can't quote your health fund rebate over the phone or online — every policy is different. Bring your fund card to your appointment and swipe it at reception, and we'll check your available benefit on the spot.
If your dental injury is related to your employment and your claim has been approved, workers' compensation may provide benefits for approved dental treatment. Coverage depends on your insurer and the details of your claim.
Not for treatment approved and authorised under your claim — we bill the insurer directly. If approval is pending, declined, or the treatment falls outside your approved claim, our normal fees apply, and we will discuss them with you first.
Many claims require insurer approval before particular dental treatment is carried out. We can explain what documentation is needed and provide the clinical reports and treatment plan the insurer asks for.
Depending on your approved claim, this may include examinations, X-rays, fillings, crowns, root canal treatment, extractions or other services related to the workplace injury. What is actually covered depends on your insurer's approval and your clinical needs.
Yes. You can attend for an assessment so the injury is documented and a treatment plan prepared, which is often what the insurer needs. Fees for treatment carried out before approval are discussed with you in advance.
Your claim number, insurer details, any referral or GP documentation and identification. That lets us confirm your claim information and prepare the right clinical documentation.
These conditions apply to the eligibility requirements and out-of-pocket statements referred to on this page. If anything here is unclear, ask reception before your appointment.
The $0 out-of-pocket applies only to dental treatment that has been approved and authorised by your workers’ compensation insurer under an accepted claim. It is not a general discount or offer.
If your claim is declined, if approval is still pending, or if recommended treatment falls outside the scope of your approved claim, our normal fees apply. We will discuss those fees with you before treatment proceeds.
Eligibility is determined by your insurer and the relevant NSW workers’ compensation requirements. Approval generally depends on whether the dental injury is considered work-related and whether the proposed treatment has been authorised.
Many claims require insurer approval before particular treatment is carried out. Prior authorisation may be needed, and the practice cannot determine or guarantee the outcome of a claim.
Please bring your claim number, insurer details, any referral documentation and identification to your appointment. Where reports or treatment plans are required by the insurer, we prepare them; where a report is not covered under your claim, any fee will be discussed with you first.
All treatment is provided by AHPRA-registered practitioners following an individual clinical assessment. All dental treatment carries risks, which your dentist will discuss with you before treatment proceeds.
Advertised prices are current at the time of publication and may be changed or withdrawn. Individual results may vary. Some images are stock photos or models, not actual patients.
